Mental Health Needs in LD Empty just today

I've just carried out an assessment of someone who has been an inpatient in MH despite going to special school and having a recorded IQ of 63, since 1967!!!!!!!!
Somehow the poor guy slipped through every net going and now the argument is who is going to pay to rescue him!
He has 17 drugs on his MARS sheet - only 3 of which are PRN.

I need to rescue this man NOW!!
