The welcome message.

Dear visitor, this forum is the electronic home of a Community of Practice - a group of like-minded individuals dedicated to working with people who have a learning disability and behaviours that challenge. People with "severe reputations" as Smull and Harrison would put it.

Here we have a place where we can come for ideas, support, inspiration and positive "strokes" to help us keep going, making life better for the people we work with.
